Chrometrica documentation
Chrometrica turns photos of well plates into quantitative colour data and builds chemometric models on top of it — from exploratory PCA to validated classifiers that can be applied to new samples.
How Chrometrica works
- Detection — upload plate photos; Chrometrica finds the plate, crops it and measures the colour of every well.
- Photo — review processed photo jobs, correct the grid if needed and reprocess.
- Experiment — combine photo jobs into an experiment: select jobs, describe samples and classes on the plate schema, build the data table, run analyses and review results.
- Groups — share photos, experiments and analyses with your colleagues.
